Products with quality issues can be returned to our German fulfillment center.

Please contact us with specified issues and reasons for the quality problem you encountered, when necessary, with photos which would help us to better understand the issues. We will be soon in touch with you with regard to the possible solutions, for quality issues we can either send you replacements or give you specific return address in Germany.
